Zahir Rafiq works with both traditional and new digital media on graphic design and website design. Zahir has participated in a national exhibition for Islamic awareness week, on the theme of 'Your Muslim Neighbour' and seeks to highlight the valuable contributions made by Muslims from all walks of life to British society. All of this good work has not gone unnoticed: not only has Zahir produced artwork for well known persons such as terry waite, but also he was commissioned to produce an oil painting to be presented to Prince Charles. Locally, Zahir is involved in workshops for schools where pupils learn about the Islamic faith through art. Zahir is also an experienced project manager and also a director of ROAR (Rotherham Open Arts Renaissance).
