Mohamed Gabr (born in Cairo, Egypt) studied Photography at Dawson Institute of photography in Montreal, Canada and conducted several workshops with American and Canadian fine art and landscapes artists throughout the 1980s. Gabr established his commercial photography studio in Montreal in 1986 dealing with clients like SEARS and Canadian Fur Council among others. In 1991 he returned to Egypt, where he established himself as a leading creative photographer. He is the recipient of 3 AAA awards and his works have been featured in the Civilization Museum, Ottawa Canada and the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, USA.
