Gallery hire
The Mica Gallery is available for hire for private artist's exhibitions, music & literary events, PR launches, talks and private parties.
The Gallery is available to hire on a weekly basis from Tuesday 10am to the following Monday 1pm.
Private views to close by 9.30pm.
Gallery opening hours are Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm and Saturdays 11am - 6pm (Sundays can be arranged by prior agreement).

- Email of exhibition to our unique guest list of 1500 people
- Cold Storage facilities
- Wireless internet access
- Telephone as per itemised BT bill
- Hanging rail throughout
- Cleaning service twice per week

Capacity:
- Maximum 80 people standing
Hire charges:
Option 1: Fee + 25% commission on works sold
- Week 1, £2,500
- Week 2, £2,000
- Week 3, £1,500
Option 2: Flat fee
- Week 1, £3,500
- Week 2, £3,000
- Week 3, £2,500
Option 3: Flat fee
- Full day, £585 (gallery is available from 9.30am – 9.30pm)
- One night £350 (gallery is available from 5pm – 10pm)
Payment terms:
- 20% of hire fee to secure booking.
- 40% of hire fee 12 weeks before hire date.
- 40% of hire fee 4 weeks before hire date.
- If a booking is confirmed less than 4 weeks before the hire date then the full fee is required.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of £500 is payable when the final balance becomes due. Any facility charges, loss, damage to the gallery, direct or indirect attributable to the hirer, will be deducted from the security deposit.
All prices quoted above including fees, telephone costs and security deposit are exclusive of VAT.
